Fan Rules

In submitting an online booking (coming soon), you are agreeing to our community rules:

1. Safety is our number one priority. Fans must comply with Fan Social vetting process

2. All Socials are in public venues, never private residences

3. Fans pay for all cost associated with taking the celebrity on a social (i.e cost of dinner)

4. Fans must agree to Fan Socials User Conduct Agreement

5. 100% deposit required to reserve and confirm your booking

What is Fan Social?

Founded by entertainment industry veterans, Fan Socials aims to create once in a lifetime fan experiences that can't be found anywhere else.

We are a trusted, third party platform that coordinates and curates in-person meet-ups (socials) between fans and their favorite stars. Fan Social handle all aspects of coordination a social: scheduling, vetting fans & guests, reservations, collecting payments and more. Just show up and have a great time.

What is fan vetting process?

Safety for both fans and celebrities is at the core of Fan Social. All fans (and guests) go through a vetting process that includes but is not limited to:

ID upload
Phone interview
Criminal background check
Must agree to Fan Social User Conduct Agreement
Must sign supplemental agreements if required by selected celebrity
All social are held in public, mutually selected venues
Fan Social reserves the right to reject your booking request

What does "available cities" mean?

These are the cities a celebrity is available to host a social in. "Open to Travel" indicates they are willing to travel to a location outside of their stated cities (U.S only). Please note, travel cost will be paid by the fan unless otherwise agreed upon after booking.

Can guest be brought on socials?

Please indicate while submitting a booking if you would like to bring guests on the social with you. All guest must be pre-approved by Fan Social and guest allowance is dictated on a per social and celebrity basis.

What does Fan Social cost?

In addition to the stated price of a social, please note there is a $25 flat Fan Social service fee. Fans are also required to pay all costs associated with taking the celebrity on a social.

When can socials take place?

All socials require a two week minimum notice. When booking, please indicate desired dates and if you have date flexibility. All socials are subject to celebrity availability but we try out best to coordinate on your desired date if possible.
