Fan Rules

In submitting an online booking, you are acknowledging our community rules:

1. Safety is our number one priority. Fans must comply with Fan Social vetting process

2. All Socials are in public venues, never private residences

3. Fans pay for all cost associated with taking the celebrity on a social (i.e cost of dinner)

4. Primary booking Fan must be 18 years of age or older and all minors must be accompanied by an adult

5. 100% deposit required to reserve and confirm your booking

What is Fan Social?

Fan Social was founded by entertainment industry veterans with a mission to create meaningful connections between Fans and their idols.

We are the trusted, third party platform that coordinates and curates in-person meet-ups (Socials) between Fans and their favorite stars. Fan Social handle all aspects of coordination your social: scheduling, vetting fans & guests, reservations, collecting payments and more. Just show up and have a great time.

What is a "Social"?

Socials are in-person,  one-on-one or small group experiences with a celebrity. Examples of popular socials are Coffee, Lunch, Drinks and Dinner. View all available socials here. Fan Social handle all aspects of coordination your social: scheduling, vetting fans & guests, reservations, collecting payments and more.

How many people can go on a Social?

Socials can either be a one-on-one or small group experience. Let us know in your booking request if you'd like to bring additional guests.  Please note that guest count is dictated on a per Social and celebrity basis and may incur additional costs based on the type of Social.

What is the Fan vetting process like?

Safety for both fans and celebrities is at the core of Fan Social. All fans (and guests) go through a vetting process that includes but is not limited to:

  1. ID upload
  2. Phone interview
  3. Criminal background check

  4. Must sign Fan Social User Agreement
  5. Must adhere to celebrity media/posting rules
  6. All social are held in public, mutually selected venues
  7. Fan Social reserves the right to reject your booking request
What does "Available Cities" mean?

These are the cities a celebrity is available to host a Social in. "Open to Travel" indicates they are willing to travel to a location outside of their stated cities (U.S only). Please note, additional celebrity travel expense are paid by the fan unless otherwise agreed upon during a booking.

What does Fan Social cost?

In addition to the stated price of a social, please note there is a $25 flat Fan Social booking fee. Fans are also required to pay all costs associated with taking the celebrity on a social, i.e cost of dinner, cost of lunch etc.

When can a Social take place?

All Socials require a two week minimum notice unless availability is publicized by the hosting celebrity.  When booking, please indicate desired dates and if you have date flexibility. All socials of course are subject to celebrity availability but we try our best to coordinate on your desired date if possible.
